What does it take to be an award-winning photojournalist?
Join a World Press Photo photojournalist to discuss the challenges of documenting the world, the art of accuracy and trust in visual storytelling, from the concept to development and editing.
Where do ethics feature in fast-moving situations when it comes to avoiding stereotypes, consent, dignity and prioritising personal safety in the quest to achieve the best photojournalism in the world?
This is a panel discussion featuring expert speakers, with an opportunity for audience questions. The session will begin at 5.30pm but we strongly suggest arriving at the Parliament by 4.45pm – this will allow you enough time to browse the World Press Photo Exhibition before we start.
